Seeds (ref no.37)
Our schools are keen to teach children and the community how to make use of the land they own. Your gift will purchase carrot, tomato and cabbage seeds,
to name but a few.
Trees (ref no.38)
Planting trees improves soil quality, fertility and the environment. The children and family members who plant trees around their school will learn about increasing crop yields and gain a deeper sense of community responsibility for their schools.
Farming Tools (ref no.39)
Give International Needs’ schools the equipment they need to grow their own crops and teach others how to do it too; hoes, rakes, gloves and chicken wire – everything they need to till the land and sow and harvest their crops.
Emergency Food For Families (ref no.36)
Crisis could strike at any time through the loss of a job, the death of a family member or a natural disaster. International Needs’ partners will provide grain, beans, oil, salt and sugar to families connected with our projects to help them get through a difficult time.
Pigs (ref no.41)
By purchasing a male and female pig, you can provide a family with the opportunity to make a living and create a more stable life for themselves.
This gift includes inoculations, 6 weeks training and materials to construct a
pig pen.
Chicks (ref no.42)
20 chicks will soon grow up to provide eggs for a family, improving their diet and their health. Surplus eggs can then be sold to generate much needed income to buy basic items such as medicine and other food supplies.
